A parting note from the Spokesperson of the House, the Deputy Chairperson Hon. Tshering Dorji

" A very Good Morning to all the Hon'ble colleagues and the staff of the National Council(NC). As they say it is not how you start but how you end your task that matters. Our work as a team for the last so many years has not only impressed the public at large but even His Majesty the Druk Gyalpo was pleased to command that we should take pride in what we have done for the country. If we have been able to accomplish anything, its all due to the guidance and wisdom of our Hon. Thrizin and Hon colleagues and the dedication of our Secretary General, Director and the staff of NC secretariat motivated by the purest of the intention to serve the Tsa Wa Sum.
I would like to thank you deeply of your support and good wishes rendered over the past years and remain apologetic of any shortcoming and rudeness I may have shown to you advertently or inadvertently. Its been a fulfulling journey for last ten years together and I remain confident that each one of you (Hon Members and secretariat Staff) will embark on yet another successful journey as you open new chapter in your life.
As I put down my pen as the Spokesperson of the House, on behalf of the House and on my own behalf, I would like to thank all the media houses for the service you have rendered in informing the public of the proceeding of the house and hope that you will continue to uphold the same.
Last but not the least, I would like to wish the new House a successful tenure ahead. Thank You so much la."
