NC attends the Closing Ceremony of Guru Soeldeb

Led by the Deputy Chairperson of the National Council, members of National Council attended the 2^nd day Guru Soeldep ceremony presided by His Holiness Chabjey Rinpoche at Memoral Chorten today.

The 5 days ceremony is organized by DeSuung coinciding with the  birth year of Guru Rinpoche and the 400th anniversary of the arrival of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel to Bhutan and dedicated to the 60^th birth anniversary of the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, the birth of His Royal Highness the Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck and the wellbeing of all sentient beings.

The ceremony will conclude on the 16th June 2016 and HH will administer &ldquo Wang” to the public on 15^th June coinciding with the birth anniversary of Guru Rinpoche.
