Hon'ble Chairperson concludes advocacy program by visiting College of Science and Technology and Gedu College of Business Studies

The five days advocacy programme successfully concluded with presentations at the two premier institutions of Chhukha Dzongkhag, the College Of Science and Technology (CST) and Gedu College of Business Studies today.

This year's advocacy programme primarily targeted the institutions under the Royal University of Bhutan. A total of six institutions at four different dzongkhags were covered during the five days visit.

The Hon. Chairperson explained that one of the objectives of the sessions is to interact with the young minds and gather views in building a strong nation.

Amongst many, the issues discussed during the interactive session were on; Enrollment of all class X pass out in class Xl; Criteria for appointment of the Five eminent members; Elected members campaign speeches; and ban of plastics on imported commodity goods.
