Review of Situation of Human Trafficking Continues

The Social and Cultural Affairs Committee conducted meetings with Bhutan Kidney Foundation, Department of Cottage and Small Industries and the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources on 14th, 16th and 17th May, 2019 respectively. The Committee sought presentations on issues pertaining to Trafficking in Persons which were followed by extensive discussions.

The Committee will carry on the review after the 23rd Session and the final report will be presented during the 24th session of National Council.
