The Public Accounts Committee conducts consultation meetings with Chukha Dzongkhag and Dratshang Lhentshog

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) along with a team from the Royal Audit Authority conducted a consultative meeting with Dzongkhag and Gewog administrations of Chukha in the morning and with Dratshang Lhentshog in the afternoon at the Lhen-zom Khangzang in the National Assembly today to discuss the unresolved financial irregularities as reported in the Annual Audit Report 2020.

While some issues were resolved during the meeting the remaining unresolved issues were directed to be resolved by 31st October 2021. PAC  also directed the concerned agencies to follow up with the Court in resolving the cases which are sub-judice.
