In recognition of their dedicated and sincere service to the institution, His Excellency Chairperson of the National Council awarded Tashi Khadhar and the promotion orders to 14 secretariat staff members in a small programme held at the Raven Lounge this morning. The programme was attended by the Secretary General, Director and Division Chiefs of the National Council Secretariat who congratulated them for their very well deserved promotions.
