We do not collect any sort of personal information when someone visits our site, like visitors' name, address or any specific identity. If in any case, the visitor provides any such personal information that can reveal his identity, then that information is used for official use only & is not shared or transferred in any way or by any means anywhere for personal use without visitor's permission.

This information is only used to help us make the site more useful for our audience.  With this data, we learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use.  We never track or record information about individuals and their visits.

We only use non-persistent cookies or "per-session cookies" & hence the user/visitor can rest assured about the security of his assets.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all individuals, the Government of Bhutan has employed commercial software programs so as to monitor the network traffic to recognize unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Except for authorised law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits.  Raw data logs are used for no other purposes and are scheduled for regular deletion.
