With Draktsho East and the Thimphu center, close 200 children and persons with disabilities are engaged in training and production.
The founder, Aum Rigzin Padma Tsogyal said this the first time Parliamentarians have visited the Draktsho center.
The Members discussed the issues at length with the staff and also interacted with the students at the center.
